[Neo4j] neo4j python import error

I tried adding C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\neo4j\javalib to sys.path but
that didn't work, see below.
I am running python 2.7 on win xp I installed
neo4j-embedded-1.5.dev104.win32.exe
