[Neo4j] Good Linux/Windows/OS X install procedure?

Personally, I think a .deb package should not be the first step. Let's get
something generic working, that can run on any Linux flavour and on OSX, and
then we can make that experience even better. An Ubuntu package excludes a
lot of people (me!).
