[Neo4j] online backup changes

Hi!

There's some changes in how the online backup utility us invoked since 
the previous version.

I just updated the wiki page:

http://wiki.neo4j.org/content/Online_Backup

which should now be consistent with the latest snapshot build, found here:

http://m2.neo4j.org/org/neo4j/neo4j-online-backup/0.6-SNAPSHOT/

and is also included in the "nightly" Neo4j Apoc builds found right here 
(on the right):
