[Neo] REST API, newbie question

Excellent :)

Know that it is still in prototype/alpha stage and there's quite
limited documentation about it... but by reading the code in
https://svn.neo4j.org/laboratory/components/rest/src/functionaltest/
you could hopefully get some hints about its functionality.
