[Neo4j] truncating / clearing out DB

I am using version 1.2 M05.

I have only been using REST calls to work with neo4j.

What is the proper way to truncate/clear out the database? I have
~30,000 deleted nodes, but just want an easier way to make sure
everything is cleared out.
