[Neo4j] Webadmin app missing in 1.2 M05

I just downloaded the new 1.2 M05 to play with running the server as a
standalone Windows service. The service installed/started just fine, but the
webadmin app seems to be missing. Pointing my browser to
http://localhost:7474/ just give me this:

Unfortunately, I never used M04 (where the webadmin feature was announced)
so I have nothing to compare with. Am I doing something wrong, or did this
feature get dropped?
