[Neo4j] stand-alone neo4j server is missing in linux distro

Hi,

I downloaded the linux distribution of V1.2.M04 from
http://neo4j.org/get?file=neo4j-1.2.M04-unix.tar.gz and couldn't find the
scripts mentioned in the official tutorial (
http://wiki.neo4j.org/content/Getting_Started_With_Neo4j_Server)

When I checked windows version I see that scripts are there.

All i need is the stand-alone neo4j server to work via REST api.

Am i missing something?
