send the CLA according to
http://wiki.neo4j.org/content/About_Contributor_License_Agreement and
I will set up a laboratory account for you ASAP. Then you could create
a branch of the REST component there, and if it is a good approach,
Mattias could merge it with trunk.

Woudl that be a good approach? What are you planning to do?
