[Neo] Neo4j + Django

[James Richards]

I mentioned this idea on the list a while ago.  I've been busy on a  
couple of Java projects but I *completely* agree that this is a very  
fruitful possibility.  I'd be willing to help out with testing,  
documentation, etc.
