 most POSIX-like thing to do?

Well, {{{pwd}}} in POSIX would tell you where you are relative to {{{/}}}.
Or how to reach {{{/}}} by executing {{{cd ..}}}, so to speak. That's how
I think of {{{pwd}}} in the Neo shell as well: how can I cd back to the
root from where I started traversing? Sometimes that root is the reference
node. But if we {{{cd -a}}} that's a disjunct jump that should make the
node we jump to the new "root."

Not sure if that was clear, or if you agree. But that's how I think of it.
