 I would like to request support for GET requests in the server plugins.
 Currently the server plugins support any REST request through POST method
 though there need not be any input parameters for the given method in the
 plugin. It would be nice to add @get descriptor in the server plugin to
 declare that the particular method accepts parameters through GET or does
 not need parameters.
